Stress

Stress can affect our day-to-day life in many ways, which may in turn be detrimental to our health and well-being.  Medical experts estimate that 75-85% of illness is aggravated or precipitated by stress. Information from the Labour Force Survey 2010/2011 revealed that there were 400,000 cases of reported work-related stress in the UK at a level they believed were making them ill.  Some of the more common symptoms of stress include fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, low mood, increased blood pressure and much more.

Hypnotherapy is extremely relaxing, and can be used to help alleviate some of the signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety.
