Weight Loss

Hypnosis is one of the most effective ways to lose weight. Successful weight loss is as much about re-educating your unconscious mind as it is about dieting. Almost everyone is aware that in order to lose weight we all need to eat less and exercise more. “Dieting” is often a short-term solution, and whilst we may loose a few pounds to begin with, we often slip back into bad habits and the weight returns once again. It is more likely that the problem is in your subconscious mind. You may have lost weight with lots of conscious effort, but the minute you have reached your goal and lost those few pounds the conscious effort wanes and the stronger subconscious mind takes over. Only changes in your subconscious will lead to long lasting permanent change. Hypnosis can help to change negative and destructive eating patterns, and help you to develop new healthy eating patterns.

We recommend between 3-6 sessions as a guideline. But remember everyone is different and some may require more sessions, others less.
